Review sources

We publish feedback submitted directly to Buy-KuKirin, reviews transferred from a storefront operated by the same legal seller, and short attributed product-review excerpts from identifiable third-party sources. Another retailer’s delivery or support experience is never presented as a Buy-KuKirin service review.

Purchase verification

A review is labelled as a verified purchase only after its email, order reference or review invitation can be matched to a completed purchase of the reviewed product.

Imported reviews

A transferred or quoted review keeps the author, source, original date and verification status when available. Any translation or shortening is disclosed, and the original source is retained in our records.

Moderation

Relevant positive and negative reviews are treated alike. We may reject spam, unlawful content, personal data, threats or content unrelated to the product, but we do not remove a review merely because it is critical.

What the labels mean

Verified purchase: The purchase was matched to a transaction record for the reviewed product.
Customer review: Submitted by a customer, but the purchase could not or has not yet been independently matched.
External editorial source: A quotation or assessment from an identified third-party source. The original source is retained in our records, and it is not counted as a Buy-KuKirin customer rating.
Incentivised review: The reviewer received a disclosed benefit for submitting feedback. The benefit is not conditional on a positive rating.
