Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Fulfilment

Our main fulfilment warehouse is in Poland. Depending on stock allocation, service requirements or the destination, an order can be handled by another authorised EU logistics point. The shipping origin shown in tracking or fulfilment records does not change the identity of the seller, FL Consulting Team s. r. o.

Availability is shown on the relevant product page. An order containing a pre-order or temporarily unavailable item follows the estimate stated for that item. We do not treat an order as dispatched until the carrier has accepted the parcel.

Delivery charge and estimate

The available delivery service, its price and the current delivery estimate are displayed at checkout before payment. The final service can depend on destination, parcel weight and product availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a fixed date in writing.

If no other delivery period has been agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, as required by applicable consumer law. If we cannot meet the agreed period, we will contact you and explain the available options, including cancellation where the law provides it.

Tracking and receipt

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Please ensure that the delivery address, access details and phone number supplied at checkout are correct. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment starts.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, unless you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.

Damage, missing parcels and incomplete deliveries

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and product before assembly and contact support@buy-kukirin.com as soon as practical. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, contact us so that we can open a carrier investigation. These practical steps do not reduce your mandatory legal rights.

Customs

The delivery countries listed above are within the European Union. We do not currently offer checkout delivery outside that list. Any exceptional cross-border shipment agreed separately in writing can be subject to duties or import requirements disclosed for that shipment.
