Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods currently available for your order are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery country. A method is available only when it appears there.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available only for eligible delivery addresses and orders. If it is available, it will appear as a payment option at checkout; otherwise you will need to choose an available online payment method.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The storefront can display prices for your selected country. Always check the order summary at checkout, which shows the final transaction currency and amount before you confirm the order.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
Available destinations, delivery services and charges depend on the delivery address and the products in your cart. The current options and total cost are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
When the carrier provides tracking, we send the tracking details to the email address used for the order after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before dispatch, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
Can I return an online order?
EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases, subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
What protection applies if a product is faulty?
Your statutory rights against the seller apply independently of any manufacturer or commercial warranty. Contact us with the order number, serial number and evidence of the issue so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
Are advertised speed and range guaranteed?
No. Manufacturer figures are maximum test values. Real speed and range vary with rider weight, temperature, terrain, tyre pressure, battery condition, riding mode and local speed restrictions.
Can every KuKirin model be ridden on public roads?
Not necessarily. Rules and permitted vehicle configurations vary by country and can depend on speed, power, insurance, registration and equipment. Check the current official rules for where you intend to ride before buying or using a scooter.
