We primarily charge in EUR. For Czech Republic customers we offer CZK pricing. The exact amount in your currency will be shown at checkout.
If your order has not shipped yet contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped you will need to use our returns process.

All orders ship from our EU warehouse in Poland. This means no customs fees no import duties and fast delivery across Europe.
Yes you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real-time.
Yes a signature is required for all scooter deliveries to ensure your package arrives safely.
We cannot guarantee specific dates but our courier partners typically offer delivery window notifications via SMS.
Due to the size of our packages we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
The courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery. You can also contact the courier to arrange a convenient time.
You have 7 days from delivery to return any unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. No questions asked.
For standard returns (change of mind) the customer covers return shipping costs. For defective products we cover all shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Light testing is fine but scooters that show significant use damage or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee.
Yes! Contact us and we will arrange an exchange. The price difference (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
All KuKirin scooters come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Motor battery controller frame display and all electronic components. Normal wear items (tires brake pads) are not covered.
Contact us with your order number and photos/video of the issue. Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours.
Depending on the issue we will ship a replacement part with instructions arrange professional repair or send a replacement unit.
The manufacturer warranty is tied to the original purchase date not the owner. It does transfer with proof of purchase.
Unauthorized modifications water damage beyond IP rating accidents commercial use or attempting to disassemble the motor/battery.

In most EU countries e-scooters should use bike lanes or roads. Sidewalk riding is generally prohibited or restricted.
All KuKirin scooters feature multiple speed modes including a 25 km/h mode designed for compliance with road-legal speed limits in most EU countries.
