Real-world range depends on rider weight terrain speed and temperature. Our stated ranges are based on moderate conditions (75kg rider flat terrain 20°C). In cold weather or hilly terrain expect 70-80% of the stated range.
This scooter features a 25 km/h speed mode that complies with road-legal requirements in most EU countries. Regulations vary by country - check our E-Scooter Laws tab for specific guidance.
The scooter charges from 0 to 100% in approximately 6-8 hours using the included charger. We recommend not leaving it on charge overnight unattended.
This scooter has an IP54 water resistance rating meaning it can handle light rain and splashes. We do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles.
We stock a full range of genuine KuKirin spare parts including tires brake pads inner tubes controllers and displays. All parts ship from our EU warehouse.
We ship from our warehouse in Poland. Delivery takes 3-5 business days to Austria Slovakia and Czech Republic; 4-6 days to Slovenia and Croatia; 5-7 days to other EU countries.
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or repair under our warranty policy. If packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery please note this with the courier before opening.
We do not recommend modifying the motor or battery as it voids the warranty and may compromise safety. You can add accessories like phone mounts bags and lighting.
