How to Return

Request a Return

Email support@buy-kukirin.com with your order number. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Repack the scooter in its original packaging with all accessories included. Attach the return label we provide. Make sure the scooter is clean and in resaleable condition.

Ship It Back

Drop off the package at the designated courier location. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 2–3 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Light testing is acceptable, but scooters showing significant use may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Scooters that have been modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds do not include any original shipping costs paid (all our shipping is free, so this typically doesn’t apply).
  • For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.
